REM+tec is a general planner that can act as the sole contractor to co-ordinate and monitor all technical and contractual matters if required. Alongside the work phases mentioned in the HOAI (fees for architects and engineers), REM+tec mainly provides services in the area of project development and project control as well as supervision after completion of the construction project.
